Making a document enquiry

If you have a general question about a document, then rather than submitting a comment, you can make a document enquiry.

To make a document enquiry:

  1. Retrieve the relevant document record as described in Searching for LDF documents.
  2. Click the Document Enquiry button.

    Your default e-mail application is opened, and a new e-mail message is created, with the subject and address automatically populated.

  3. Type your enquiry about the document and send the e-mail as normal.
